Improv and Yoga RetreatS

After six wonderful years co-hosting groups in Nosara, Costa Rica, Emily Shapiro and I held our most recent Improv and Yoga Retreat in Ericeira, Portugal! Participants enjoyed daily improv and yoga sessions, delicious family-style meals, serene gardens, beachside hangs, game nights, clifftop mountain-biking and an excursion to Sintra.

We’re currently working on our next retreat, so please check back for more info. If you’re interested in getting the details once they’re ready, please contact me.
