Elana finds ways to make even a group of engineers light up and access their inner performer! Her exercises are delivered with joy and filled with humanity and warmth that show the importance of interpersonal connection at the workplace, all while developing skills like self-awareness, presentation skills and knowing your audience, listening and communication, and the freedom of stepping forward and being heard.
    — Nitya Shekar (Learning and Development, AppNexus)
Elana’s session came up over and over in evaluations, talking about how it helped boost confidence both in terms of public speaking and ability to work with and co-lead peer teams.
    — Tiffany Aurora (Director, Youth Engagement & Workforce Development, NOYS)
Elana inspired me to see things in new ways, act spontaneously in novel situations, take risks, explore the interplay between the serious and the silly and best of all to let my hair down and have fun.
    — Andrea Kelly (Assistant Head of School, Packer Collegiate Institute)
Elana runs a fun, process-driven improvisational class that is all about the students and their experience. She builds trust among the kids and treats them as colleagues, allowing for them to explore their creativity and build confidence.
    — Darcy Hicks (Parent, Westport CT)
Her joy and honesty was infectious and helped us reach those rare magical improv moments multiple times over. I still have a smile on my face from working with her. If she was teaching a workshop on lighting each other on fire, I’d gladly take it and then invite all my friends to do the same.
    — Harris Gordon (Student, Vassar College
An INCREDIBLE session - the team is still raving about it!
